Subversion Paintballs accepts the following:

Please note: all orders over $2,000.00 must be paid via Bank Wire Transfer. If the order is over $2,000.00 we will not accept credit cards as payment.
When will you charge my credit card?
Subversion Paintballs will not charge your credit card until the order is shipped. It is possible you may see an authorization for the order amount on your card. This might seem like a charge but it is just your financial institution holding those funds for Subversion Paintballs until the order is charged. If the order is not shipped and charged, the authorization is dropped in two or three business days. If the authorization on your account did not drop after 3-5 business days, please contact your financial institution to see how you can may have the authorization removed.
Shipping Information
When will you ship my order?
Subversion Paintballs takes care of you when you shop here. It is our goal to give you, the consumer fast reliable shipping that's consistent from day to day. We have a very quick shipping service and our employees are well trained because we know how important your order is and how soon you need it. When placing an order with Subversion Paintballs we process the order the same day then ship it out the following day. All orders placed up until 5:00 P.M. will be processed that very day then shipped out immediately the following day. All orders placed after 5:00 P.M. will be processed the next day then shipped out the day after that. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure you get your package on time. If your order is processed on a Saturday then it will not be shipping out until the following Monday.
How do I get free shipping?
Subversion Paintballs rewards good customers. How do you get free shipping? You must order two or more cases of paint to qualify for free shipping. This applies to all the paintballs we sell, from $15 products up to $80. You can mix and match any two or more cases of paint you wish.
Does my package require a signature?
If you placed an order over $500 an adult at age 21 or older must be there to sign for the package(s). If no adult is available then the carrier of the package will move your package to the nearest post office to await shipping the next day. All orders under $500 do no require any signature, however if no one is home to receive the order the postman has the decision to leave the package on your door step. Subversion Paintballs cannot be responsible for theft of package left on doorsteps.
Do my billing and shipping addresses have to match?
For fraud protection purposes, we require that all address information match what is on file with the credit card company. If you want to ship to an address other than your billing address, the shipping address must also be listed with your financial institution as an alternate address. This can be done by calling the number on your statement or the back of your credit card. This does not affect your billing cycle. If both addresses are on file with the credit card company, you still may receive an automated email regarding verification of your address.
Returns
What is Subversion Paintballs return policy?
You can return your product(s) 30 days after you initial purchase. If the product has paintballs missing from the case then that item is not eligible for returns. Subversion Paintballs only accepts returns from cases of paint that have not been used, or damage in some significant way. An example of a damage product is having the paintball box/container dented, misshaped or ripped on any side of the box. We do not charge a restocking fee, however to the consumer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning any item back to Subversion Paintballs.
How do I return my order?
You can return your product(s) 30 days after you initial purchase. If the product is eligible for return please re-tape the box or any containing item (if opened). Once securely taped and sealed, place the paintball product in a decent sized box with foam packing peanuts. The smaller the paintball product the smaller the box you can use. Once all packaged up please ship the package back to Subversion Paintballs.
I received the wrong item
If you received the wrong item but your credit card was charge for the correct amount, please return the item back to Subversion Paintballs. These types of errors are uncommon but they do have the potential to happen. Subversion Paintballs will pay for the both the shipping back of the wrong item and the shipping of the correct item. The correct item will be shipped out immediately once you bring it to our attention that you received the wrong item.
I received someone's else's order
If you received someone else's order please ship the item back to Subversion Paintballs. As similar if you received the wrong item, Subversion Paintballs will pay for both directions of shipping. The shipping back to us, and the shipping of the correct item to you.
Warranty
Does Subversion Paintballs offer warranties?
Subversion Paintballs as a company does not offer warranties. Warranties are based off the company that produces the paintballs that you purchase. Certain brands might have different types of warranties, please check their official website for more information about the warranties they offer. Subversion Paintballs does however stand behind their products. We suggest first contacting the manufacturer of the particular brand of paintballs you've purchased, if you're having difficulties dealing with them you can contact us to straighten it out. We will do our best to set things right.
Broken Ball Policy
What happens if I get a broken paintball in my case?
If you have one or more broken paintballs in your case of paint, Subversion Paintballs will replace it. In order to make use of this offer all paintballs must be in their original bags and there can be no paintballs missing from the case. You must first send Subversion Paintballs the damaged case of paint as we need to verify the break. We will pay the cost of shipping to send the damage box of paint back for verification. Once we receive your damaged case of paint we will send out a new case of the same product and will pay all shipping costs associated with that case.
